Admiral Heights

  • Originally Dorsey Farm, a tobacco farm dating back to the 1600’s
  • Bequeathed to St. Johns College and later sold to Charles Steffey’s Reliable Homes Real Estate Company. The Naval Academy Athletic Associate acquired a parcel of the farm for the Navy Marine Corp Stadium and on the remaining acreage, Steffey built homes, naming the streets after Navy Admirals
  • Houses in Admirals Heights are reasonable in both size and price, making it an appealing location for started homes and retiring families
  • Bordered by water, The Navy Stadium and Homewood. Directly adjacent to West Annapolis and Rt. 50 for easy commuting
  • Water access via Weems Creek. Community swimming pool with a competitive swim team
